OUR DELIVERY PROMISE

If you place your order before 15:30hrs on a weekday (Monday to Friday) we will dispatch your order the same day.
[Monday to Friday, excludes Bank Holidays]

If you place your order after 15:30hrs, we will endeavour to dispatch it the same day but we cannot guarantee it. If we are unable to dispatch the same day, your order will be dispatched the next working day.

Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address to accept and sign for the package. Please check the condition of the package before signing for it; if it is damaged, please do not accept it.

If you do choose to accept a damaged parcel, please sign for it as ‘damaged’. If you don’t, intersport.co.uk cannot be held responsible for any missing or damaged items.

 

WHERE CAN I GET MY PARCEL DELIVERED?

Complex can only deliver to addresses within the UK Mainland and Northern Ireland. We are not able to accept your order for delivery outside this area.

 

WHAT DELIVERY SERVICES ARE THERE TO CHOOSE FROM?

We offer you a range of home delivery services throughout Northern Ireland.

We offer the following delivery options:

Standard Delivery Royal Mail Tracked 48: Our standard delivery service is a tracked 48 hour [two day]† service from Royal Mail. Delivery estimate is within two working days but is not guaranteed. Delivery to some areas may take longer.

Next Day Royal Mail Tracked 24: This is a Royal Mail Next Working Day† delivery service which does not include delivery on Saturdays. Orders must be placed before 15:30hrs for same day dispatch. Orders placed after 15:30hrs will be dispatched the next working day.

Special Delivery Next Day before 1pm: This is a Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Working Day† service which includes delivery on a Saturday. Parcels require a signature on delivery. Orders must be placed before 15:30hrs. Orders placed after 15:30hrs will be dispatched the next working day. Select this service if you require a Saturday delivery†.

Collect in Store / Click & Collect: To have your order delivered to an Intersport store of your choice, choose Collect in Store / Click & Collect at checkout, then search by postcode to find your nearest store. All Click & Collect orders are dispatched using our standard 48hr service.

All orders for Next Working Day Deliveries must be placed before 15:30 for same day dispatch.

† All Royal Mail delivery services aims to deliver within the time frames stated above, but deliveries to certain postcode areas may take longer. See the table UK DELIVERY EXCEPTIONS below for details.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY PARCEL IS DAMAGED DURING DELIVERY?

Please check the condition of the package before signing for it; if it is damaged, please do not accept it. If you do choose to accept a damaged parcel, please sign for it as 'damaged'. If you do not, complex cannot be held responsible for any missing or damaged items.

 

GUARANTEE

The goods returned for the www.pro-fade.com website will operate within the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

If you are not completely satisfied with any of your purchases from, you www.pro-fade.com may return them to us for either refund or exchange.

A goods Return Form will be sent with every parcel, allowing the customer to return any products not required and stating the reason for the return.

All goods may be returned within 28 days of receipt.

All goods must be returned in the original packaging and in saleable condition.

Any refund will be made via the original payment method to the value of the item purchased.

 

RETURNS PROCEDURE

Please note: items purchased online at www.pro-fade.com must be returned to the www.pro-fade.com return address shown below. Orders placed online cannot be returned to an Intersport Store.

Returning items to is www.pro-fade.com is easy:

  • Fill in the Return Form that was sent to you with your order. If you no longer have the form, you can download a copy here.
  • Repackage the item(s) securely, making sure you include all swing tickets plus the Return Form.

We strongly recommend using a recorded delivery service when returning items; Intersport.co.uk cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost in transit. We regret that no return postage charge can be refunded for returned items unless the item is faulty or sent to you in error.

 

FAULTY GOODS

Faulty goods can be returned for either exchange or refund.
If goods are returned as faulty (and deemed to be so) and you request a refund, the value of the goods + original postage + the returns postage cost will be reimbursed.

  • Fill in the Return Form that was sent to you with your order. If you no longer have the form, you can download a copy here. Make sure you specify if you would like a refund or a replacement
  • Repackage the item(s) securely, making sure you include all swing tickets plus the Return Form.
  • Attach the Prepaid label* securely to your parcel and take it along to your nearest Post Office. You can use this Royal Mail Branch Finder to find your nearest Post Office.

When returning faulty goods, please make sure they are reasonably clean. We have to handle them and send them back to the manufacturer - it's a much nicer job if the items are clean.
We reserve the right to not process anything we deem to be too dirty - we'll just send it back to you.
